An important gateway into the community is the Yazoo County Airport (87I), a publicly-owned facility. The airport has a 5,000 feet lighted runway that was built in 1993 and upgraded in 2000. As of 2001 the airport houses two agricultural businesses and a repair service. Yazoo County Airport covers 300 acres at an elevation of 105 feet. Its one runway, 17/35, is 5,001 by 100 feet asphalt.
